Where Dreams Take Center Stage

Aeron MacIntyre
Acting Teacher & Dialect Coach
PERSONALITY
There’s never a dull moment with Aeron MacIntyre. He was first spotted by his 4th grade teacher, Mrs. Klutz who cast him in the musical, “Oliver” as the Artful Dodger. That experience lit a passion for all aspects of the performing arts — a passion that led to more than 40 years of directing, producing and acting in dozens of film, television and theatre productions… and sharing a love for the arts along the way.
But his true passion is teaching. As the owner and head acting coach of the Film Actors Cafe, Aeron teaches students to become masters of their own craft.
Unlike other acting coaches who train students on memorization and performing scenes “like this” or “like that”, Aeron takes a radical approach. His classes train students to create characters with true depth, emotion and authenticity. Students learn to breathe life into their characters the minute they pick up the script for the first time. This is a powerful skill useful for the real-life experience of performing at every audition, on every stage and every set.

ABOUT FILM ACTORS CAFE
Aeron’s secret sauce to teaching is that he is an actor, director, producer, sound and studio lighting technician — basically, he knows a lot. His lessons hone in on all aspects of production and students are immersed in the real-life application of what it takes to be a successful actor.
Aeron developed the “Acting As Reacting” method which is offered in 1-on-1 training classes, young actors classes, online virtual workshops, and large group training and team-building classes. The Film Actors Cafe is for actors and actresses.
